Who
We Are
The
Deep Blue Divers is a non-profit,
member-operated club that promotes the sport of scuba diving. Our members
include divers of every level of experience, and some non-divers, too. We
place a major emphasis on scuba safety and education, as well as fun!
Our events
are family oriented - non-diving spouses and children are welcome at
meetings and dive trips. We make our events exciting for everyone -
barbeques and non-diving activities assure fun for the whole family!

Just
because we're not lucky enough to live near the ocean doesn't mean we can't
dive on a regular basis. To keep our skills fresh,
Deep Blue Divers plan trips regularly to nearby quarries and lakes,
both locally and throughout the Midwest.
We're a
young club, and open to new ideas and suggestions. Do you have a favorite
local dive spot you'd like to share?? Tell us about it - as members express
interest, we'll plan events to new diving destinations!*
* A diving
certification card is required to participate in ANY
diving activities.
What does
being a member mean?? It means:
 Attending
the monthly meetings
Planning
and participating in upcoming diving and social events
Opportunities
for discounts on some diving events
Having
fun with other divers, just like you!
Remember,
even if you or a family member are not a certified scuba diver, you can
still join in on the fun!
